Welcome Jen D. with Not Now…I’m Reading! She has come to share this awesome review on my blog to help me celebrate my last week of Christmas in July 2011! 😀 Jen is an awesome woman who enjoys reading, watching So You Think You Can Dance, True Blood, music, and so much more! Her blog is some much fun to read because she always has a combination of reviewed books, a weekly question that gets you thinking, some fun songs she shares with you, and some recaps on weekly episodes of her favorite shows. She is an awesome friend as well, always making time to help you out whether it’s just giving you time to vent to saying something funny to make you laugh. A huge thanks to Ally with Swept Away Again for participating in my Christmas in July celebration. Ally has become an amazing friend to me through blogging and twitter and I’m so happy that I stumbled upon her blog. I know that I had seen her blog at Julie’s site and it really kicked off when she reviewed the Fever Series by KMM because I had just finished it. After that I just kept pestering her at her blog and now we can’t stop talking. She is an awesome lady who takes the time to talk to her friends and show how much she cares, you should really check out her blog and you can get there by clicking on her image to the left. 🙂

“I got a little carried away,” he admitted.
“Tension,” she said, nodding.
“Long week. It’s only Wednesday.”
“And it’s almost Christmas.”
“We have a tendency to overdo at Christmas,” Hope said.
His box of condoms was enormous. She did some quick math calculations. If her box was sufficient for a one-night stand, then his box could handle a lengthy, flaming affair.
He must have read her thoughts. Or maybe just read the look on her face. “The big box was more economical than a small box.”
Maybelle does all their decorating.
She still hasn’t sent Hope a bill.

Let’s all welcome back Diana, with Offbeat Vagabond, to my site for another awesome movie review. I cannot thank her enough for jumping at the chance to help me celebrate this month of Christmas in July. She has been having such a good time and I have been having fun seeing her movie reviews. She does an awesome job with both her book and movie reviews and I’ve really loved getting to know someone else who has a passion for watching movies of every kind. If you still haven’t been over to check out her amazing blog please do, you won’t regret it! You can head over to her place by clicking on the button to the left. 🙂
Take it away Diana, with one of my FAVORITE Christmas movies…
-Comedy, Family, Fantasy
-Director: Jon Favreau
-Starring: Will Ferrell, Edward Asner and Bob Newhart
-IMDb (6.8/10 rating): “Buddy was a baby in an orphanage who stowed away in Santa’s sack and ended up at the North Pole. Later, as an adult human who happened to be raised by elves, Santa allows him to go to New York City to find his birth father, Walter Hobbs. Hobbs, on Santa’s naughty list for being a heartless jerk, had no idea that Buddy was even born. Buddy, meanwhile, experiences the delights of New York City (and human culture) as only an elf can. When Walter’s relationship with Buddy interferes with his job, he is forced to reevaluate his priorities.”
I was so excited when Julie, with Yummy Men and Kick Ass Chicks, agreed to guest review for my blog. You see, Julie and I have a long history in the blogging world…well a long history for me. After I had been reading the Night Huntress Series by Jeaniene Frost I decided to try to start up a book reviewing blog. I stumbled upon her page through a search of the series and then asked her for her advice on the blog I had started and any pointers for making my blog a good one. She was faithful to me in checking my blog and commenting on it from the very beginning and I can not thank her enough for that. Well from there we’ve become great friends! I have really enjoyed talking to her about everything and all the help she gives me with my blog. She is such a sweet person and I respect her very much. If you’ve never checked out her blog, please do by clicking on her button! I promise you will not be disappointed!

“Happiness isn’t guaranteed by the magic of Christmas. Sometimes, a woman has to fight with everything in her, with her pride and her fury, her love and her anger, with her very soul, in order to claim the joy…or the man, meant to be hers.”
A HUGE Thank You to Christi for helping me celebrate my fun month of Christmas in July by reviewing this fun Christmas romance. She is an awesome woman who has a great blog!
